Abstract
PT. Laras Astra Kartika Palembang is a company which engaged in sales crude palm oil. Customer care services process going well at the moment using current system but not good enough to cover all of the information needed by customer such as customer profile, the unavailability of time to listen to customer needs including customer dissatisfaction towards the product or service of the company. Therefore, it is necessary customer relationship management application that can be used to assist in the customer service process instance to maximize customer data management, customer satisfaction management using questionnaires and polls as well as the submission of comments and suggestions. This apllication was develop by using CRM-IRIS Methodology, using CRM retain stage which used company for retain customers, and used analytical CRM component which the data come from operational in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the research that has been done, so made CRM application which can be used by the company in order to make easier, faster and more efficient in operational activity, provide and improve service to customers PT. Laras Astra Kartika as well as increasing the quality of the company as well as increasing the way to give service to the costumers which are already computerized.
