Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Kalium sulfat dengan kapasitas produksi 35.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2035 di Cilangkap, Kecamatan Babakancikao, Kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat dengan luas 5 ha. Kalium sulfat pada pabrik ini disintesis dari bahan baku etilen oksida dan air tanpa katalis dalam continuous stirred tank reactor berdasarkan Patent US 2024/0270588 A1. Reaksi berlangsung pada temperatur 30oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 159 orang. Pabrik Kalium sulfat layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi:  Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 37.477.768,21  Total Penjualan = US$ 63.638.009,63  Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 50.369.769,10  Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 12.331.189,54  Pay Out Time = 2,94 tahun  Rate of Return On Investment (ROR) = 30%  Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 17%  Break Even Point (BEP) = 32,33%  Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Kalium sulfat, Continous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
