Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kerja sama antara Indonesia dan Australia dalam penyediaan air bersih di Kota Cimahi melalui program Australia Indonesia Infrastructure Grand For Sanitation (SAIIG) pada tahun 2020. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk, implementasi, dan dampak kerja sama bilateral tersebut terhadap peningkatan akses air bersih bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, dokumen resmi pemerintah, serta wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama melalui SAIIG berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas infrastruktur air minum di Kota Cimahi, baik dari segi teknis maupun kelembagaan. Selain itu, kerja sama ini mencerminkan bentuk kemitraan pembangunan yang saling menguntungkan (mutual benefit) antara kedua negara, sekaligus mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB/SDGs) di bidang air bersih dan sanitasi. Kendati demikian, tantangan tetap ada dalam hal keberlanjutan proyek pasca-bantuan, termasuk dalam aspek pemeliharaan dan pembiayaan.
