Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan Asam Akrilat dengan kapasitas produksi 100.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di Gerem, Kec. Purwakarta, Kota Cilegon, Banten. Dengan perkiraan luas area sebesar 4 Ha. Bahan baku untuk pembuatan Asam Akrilat adalah Asam Laktat. Proses pembuatan Asam Akrilat ini mengacu pada Patent US 2023/0131529 A1 “Method for Producing Acrylic Acid”. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor jenis fixed bed reactor dengan kondisi operasi (300 oC, 1,4 atm). Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 171 orang. Berdasarkan Analisis ekonomi, pabrik Asam Akrilat layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi yaitu: ● Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 116.514.642,14 ● Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 299.363.678,39 ● Annual Cash Flow = US$ 85.359.495,96 ● Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,56 tahun ● Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 65,08% ● Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 73,09% ● Break Even Point (BEP) = 37,95% Kata Kunci: Asam Akrilat, Fixed Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
