Abstract

An acrolein manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 60,000 tons per year is planned to be built in the Cilegon Industrial Estate Area, precisely in Gunung Sugih, Ciwandan District, Cilegon City, Banten with an area of ​​4.2 ha. Acrolein in the plant is obtained from the oxidation process between propylene and oxygen raw materials through an adiabatic plug flow reactor based on Patent CN 117466719A. This plant is in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) using a line and staff organizational system led by a director with 138 employees. This acrolein plant is feasible to be established because it has met the economic feasibility parameters:
