Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penyesuaian diri di sekolah serta belum adanya layanan intervensi dengan media, khususnya media booklet, dari guru BK di SMA IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media booklet untuk layanan konseling kelompok sebagai intervensi peningkatan penyesuaian diri yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, melalui tiga tahap uji coba: one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media booklet dinyatakan valid oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Uji coba perorangan (3 siswa) memperoleh skor kepraktisan 84,1%, kelompok kecil (5 siswa) sebesar 90,4%, dan uji coba lapangan (8 siswa) sebesar 96%, seluruhnya masuk kategori sangat praktis. Kata Kunci: booklet; konseling kelompok, penyesuaian diri.
