Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap keuntungan industri produk obat tradisional untuk manusia (ISIC 21022) di Indonesia selama periode 1994-2023. Jenis data yaitu sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efisiensi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap keuntungan industri produk obat tradisional untuk manusia di Indonesia. Peningkatan efisiensi memungkinkan perusahaan akan menghasilkan lebih banyak output dengan input yang sama atau lebih sedikit, sedangkan semakin produktivitas tenaga kerja maka semakin banyak output yang dihasilkan dalam waktu yang sama, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan yang akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada keuntungan industri produk obat tradisional untuk manusia di Indonesia. Ini membuktikan bahwa efisiensi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja mendorong pertumbuhan keuntungan industri produk obat tradisional untuk manusia di Indonesia.
