Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul "Resistensi Masyarakat pada Ekspresi Gender Laki-Laki Feminin di Desa Purun Kecamatan Penukal Kabupaten Pali". Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong resistensi serta apa saja bentuk-bentuk tindakan resistensi yang dilakukan masyarakat pada laki-laki feminin. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori resistensi oleh Barnard & Spencer, serta teori resistensi terhadap perubahan oleh Robbins & Judge. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi masyarakat terhadap laki-laki feminin didorong oleh empat faktor utama, yaitu: (1) kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang perbedaan antara gender dan jenis kelamin, (2) kekhawatiran akan pengaruh negatif, (3) keinginan untuk mempertahankan nilai dan norma yang telah lama dianut, dan (4) keengganan masyarakat untuk menerima perubahan. Bentuk resistensi yang ditemukan terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu resistensi non-kekerasan dan resistensi kekerasan. Kata Kunci: Resistensi, Ekspresi Gender, Laki-laki feminin
