Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Starbucks di Kota Palembang. Green marketing merupakan strategi pemasaran yang mengedepankan aspek ramah lingkungan dalam seluruh proses pemasaran, mulai dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, hingga bukti fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Starbucks di Kota Palembang melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini berarti semakin baik penerapan green marketing oleh Starbucks, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi pada kelestarian lingkungan menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen.
