Abstract

E. agallocha merupakan magrove yang terindikasi toksik. Penelitian ini membandingkan toksisitas daun dan kulit batang E. agallocha terhadap bentos asosiasi T. sulcata dan U. forcipata menggunakan metode BSLT berdasarkan nilai LC50. Analisis fitokimia serta LC-MS dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa aktif yang ada. Hasil nilai LC50 pada daun 450,443 μg/mL dan kulit batang 185,153 μg/mL dengan kategori toksik sedang, bentos U. forcipata 667,064 μg/mL terindikasi toksik lemah dan T. sulcata 2325,769 μg/mL terindikasi tidak toksik. Analisis fitokimia mengindikasi senyawa positif tertinggi terdapat pada daun. Analisis LC-MS mengidentifikasi 9 senyawa major, 1 turunan alkaloid, 4 turunan saponin, 4 turunan tanin, 6 turunan fenol, dan 6 turunan steroid. Hasil uji kuantitatif Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kadar senyawa tiap sampel. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keterkaitan toksisitas pada mangrove dan bentos asosiasi hanya sedikit sehingga penelitian ini dapat memeberikan wawasan tambahan tentang toksisitas dan senyawa bioaktif daun dan kulit batang E. agallocha, bentos T. sulcata dan U. forcipata pada farmakologis terkait.
