Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) serta kinerja keuangan terhadap return saham, dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi, pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2023. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 19 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan ESG berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham, ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan, sementara CR dan DER tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara ESG, ROA, DER, dan CR terhadap return saham
