Abstract

PT Victor Dua Tiga Mega adalah perusahaan pertambangan dalam bidang batubara. Penelitian ini mengambil physical availability peralatan dari Bulan November 2024 – Januari 2025. Lifetime merupakan umur dari peralatan sejak alat tersebut pertama kali digunakan sedangkan Physical availability merupakan kemampuan fisik alat untuk melakukan pekerjaannya secara maksimal tanpa adanya kendala kerusakan dalam menjalankan beberapa shift yang dibebankan pada alat tersebut. Alat gali muat yang digunakan yaitu Liugong CLG950 sebanyak 2 unit dengan lifetime peralatan 5 dan 3 tahun sedangkan alat angkut yang digunakan yaitu Hino FM 280 JD sebanyak 11 unit dengan lifetime peralatan 3 tahun. Pada alat angkut terdapat ketidakstabilan dan penurunan physical availability sedangkan alat gali muat mengalami kestabilan pada physical availability. Rata-rata physical availability Hino FM 280 JD di Bulan November 2024-Januari 2025 yaitu 84%, 87% dan 81%. Semakin lama lifetime peralatan maka semakin turun physical availability.
