Abstract
This research aims to analyze and find out the bersar power of bending glass fibrous composite resin andpolyester fiber with matriksnya as a 10%, 15%, and 20% and any variations there are three specimens of composite three-lime testing any variation of the fiber. The manufacture of composite materials using a vacuum bag with the aim to be able to minimize the air trapped inside a composite of press molds made from glass. A t the time of testing in bending, the greater the variation in fibre composite then the greater the value of the maximum style anyway, the average value of the force on the fiber 10% of210 N, 15% of the fiber of 320 N and fiber 20% of 483.33 n. as with calculations voltage, average value resultingfrom the fibre 10%, 15% and 20% of 126 MPa, MP a, and 192 290 MPa. In the calculation of the average value ofits elasticity modulus is getting menignkat with the increase i n variation offibre 10%, 15%, and 20% i.e. of21000 Mpa, 64000Mpa and 9666.7 MPa and the influence of the variation of fiber i n defeksi. the more fiber in composites then the smaller value of the deflection that proves more and more of the variations in fiber so strong that composite semaki. On testing of micro structure, composite Fiberglass fibers has 20% fiber composition, solids and gaps between fibers are almost invisible as a result the force received and held the composite is more evenly distributed over the entire field of composite so that the value of maximum style on testing bending is greater than the lower fibers varias. Composite Fiberglass fiber specimens at 10% and 15% on testing of micro slit koson still visible between the fibers and the fibers are not dense andfull so its strength still is low.
