Abstract

The aim of the writing of this final report was to create an application of online data processing for new students of SMK Gajah Mada Palembang. It was found that the registration data processing at SMK Gajah Mada Palembang was still not good so that the data processing was not effective. The data were collected throught interview, observation, and literature review. The system was develoved based on Waterfall development theory consisting of system analysis, the specification of system needs, system design, system development, system evaluation, system implementation, and system maintenance so that an application of online data processing for new students of SMK Gajah Mada Palembang was created. This application can be used to input, process, print out, and update the data for student’s administration announcement.
