Abstract
This study aims to develop an electronic student worksheet based on scientific literacy for the biotechnology sub-topic in grade X of senior high school. The study is motivated by students' low interest and understanding of biotechnology material and the lack of interactive learning media that support the strengthening of scientific literacy. This research employed the ADDIE development model, consisting of analysis, design, and development stages. The developed product is an electronic student worksheet created using the Liveworksheets platform, containing scientific literacy components including content, process, and context. The validation was conducted by subject matter and media experts, followed by a small group trial involving 12, 10th grade students at public high school 01, North Indralaya. The validation results indicated that the electronic worksheet was in the very valid category with an I-CVI value of 1.00, and the practicality test from students and teachers showed a very practical result with an average score of 94.12% Therefore, the scientific literacy-based electronic student worksheet is considered valid and practical for teaching biotechnology in 10th grade of senior high school.
