Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kekuatan simbolik, yaitu sistem agile yang diterapkan di Sekolah Fathona di Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi peserta, dan analisis dokumen. Menggunakan teori Panopticon Foucault, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana sistem Agile menciptakan bentuk pengawasan dan kontrol yang tersembunyi dan efektif di dalam sekolah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem Agile dalam peraturan sekolah sebagai pedoman bagi pendidik. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi pedagogi, memperkuat kolaborasi, mengelola disiplin diri, merencanakan tugas secara tim, serta merespons perubahan dengan fleksibilitas. Strategi relasi kuasa dalam sistem ini diterapkan melalui sprint backlog, yang memastikan transparansi aturan bagi seluruh stakeholder, termasuk yayasan, BOD, kepala sekolah, dan pendidik. Pendekatan ini bertujuan mengembangkan kompetensi guru, memperkuat kepemimpinan, serta membangun pendidikan berbasis nilai Islami. Respon guru terhadap sistem Agile menunjukkan adanya tanggung jawab beragam dengan aturan yang mengikat, menjadikan sistem ini sebagai alat pengawasan dan peningkatan kinerja pendidik.
