Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Tingkat Turnover Karyawan Indomaret (Studi Kasus di wilayah Inderalaya Utara). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer yaitu dengan menyebar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat turnover karyawan, artinya apabila kepuasan kerja rendah maka tingkat turnover karyawan akan meningkat.
