Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual terhadap kemampuan menulis cerita anak siswa kelas V SD Negeri 149 Palembang. Peneliti ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat analisis data pretest dan posttest bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Setelah hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan uji t diperoleh thitung = 9,58 sedangkan dari table distribusi t diperoleh ttabel = 1,687 sehingga terlihat bahwa thitung > ttabel. Oleh karena itu, Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis cerita anak pada siswa kelas V.F SD Negeri 149 Sukarame Palembang.
