Abstract

This article titled Diplomatic settlement related on visa problematic. This article was motivated by Immigration Agency decision To Provide Administrative Measures for Foreigner . In this article addresses the issue of how efforts to be made to achieve the settlement of issues related to Visa Through Diplomatic track. This research was included with normative legal research methods, a method conducts research libary materials, such as Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, Vienna Convention 1961, Vienna Convention 1963,Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang keimigrasian, and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Pelaksana Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang keimigrasian,Secondary materials is legal material useful to provide a description of the primary legal materials such as books, literature, journals, etc, and then tertiary legal materials such as dictionaries and encyclopedias. The study in this article is an analysis of the basic immplementation of problem solving related visa Problematic with Diplomatic Track. In Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963. Diplomatic Settlement can be reached in solving problems with their visa misuse with good faith from receive country institutions and The Consular from sender country pro-active to helping their troubled citizen.
