Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) performance what made the farmer do over the function farming rice into farming cassava, 2) count income level after over the function of farming rice into farming cassava. This reseach was carried out in the Mekar Sari village Rantau Alai district Ogan Ilir regency. Location determinition was done on purpose. The research was arried out in March 2017 until May 2017. The method used in the research was a survey method. Withdrawal methods example used a sample census methods. Methods of data collection include primary data and secondary data. Performance farmers who perform over the function of farming of rice into a farming cassava in the Mekar Sari village Rantau Alai district Ogan Ilir regency in high performance indicators so as to make farmers do over the function of farming is a level soil fertility,plant pests, plant diseases. The income of farmers who cultivat cassava farming in the village of Mekar Sari IDR. 2.144.556 per month, with income from farming cassava farmers examples not yet able to meat the standards of the KHl, to meet the standars of the KHL farmers examples do work out side of farming labor such as rubber, sugar cane works, merchants and artisans. With you submitted income outside of farming farmers sufficient examples of average needs of their lives amounting to IDR. 4.289.571 per month with the standard KHL n the Mekar Sari Village Rantau Alai district IDR. 4.279.081 per month per KK.
