Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan materi yang dibahas adalah hidrolisis garam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Palembang yang terdiri dari 42 siswa. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terdiri dari enam tahapan yaitu pertanyaan, rencana, penjadwalan, monitor, penilaian dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, angket, wawancara dan tes. Data observasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 64% dengan kategori cukup aktif. Data angket diperoleh diperoleh nilai rata-rata 75% dengan kategori siswa setuju dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Data hasil tes siswa diperoleh sebesar 38,2% dengan kategori sangat baik, 45,2% dengan katergori baik, 11,9% dengan kategori cukup dan 4,7% dengan kategori kurang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti menyarankan agar dalam penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek guru dapat lebih kreatif dan lebih membimbing siswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas.
