Abstract
The addition attractants in feed is expected to increase palatability so that growth can be improved. The Aims of this study are to know feed response, growth, feed efficiency, and survival rate of snakehead fry fed by various kinds of attractant. This research conducted on June-July 2016 in Laboratory of Aquaculture, Aquaculture Program Study, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research was using Completely Randomized Designed (CRD) with four treatments and three replications, consist of feed without attractant (P0), feed with 2% fish meal addition (P1), feed with 2% squid meal addition (P2), and feed with 2% shrimp meal addition (P3). Parameters of this research are feed intake, growth, feed efficiency and survival rate of snakehead fry. The best treatment was P3 with feed intake was 17.19 g, absolute growth of weight 0.52 g, absolute growth of length 1.33 cm, survival rate 73.33% and feed efficiency 48.97%.
