Abstract

On the road from Palembang to Indralaya, traffic jams often occur. So that the Palembang-Indralaya toll road was built which is one of the solutions from the government. In planning the cost of the Palembang-Indralaya toll road project, it requires a unit price analysis. The unit price analysis used in planning is the unit price analysis of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In the Indonesian National Standard, unit prices are influenced by the coefficient of material, wages and heavy equipment. SNI's coefficient in planning has a difference with the actual coefficient. The purpose of this study is to find out the differences between SNI and actual coefficients. The research on the Palembang-Indralaya toll road project was carried out by direct observation of the Palembang-Indralaya toll road project to obtain actual data as primary data. Analysis of SNI's unit prices is used as secondary data analysis of SNI's unit price data and each field data are analyzed to obtain SNI's coefficients and actual coefficients. From the results of the analysis, the average field coefficient is around 30% smaller than the SNI's coefficient. The biggest difference is in the coefficient of the dump truck. Differences in SNI coefficients and the actual coefficients are caused by differences in implementation methods in the project because they are adjusted to the conditions and needs in the project, differences equipments between SNI and the project, differences in productivity of heavy equipment and the number of workers in the project. So the unit price of the field work is about 30% smaller than the analysis of the unit price of SNI
