Abstract
Production research of bonded magnet NdFeB type MQP-B+ and type MQA with milling time I 5,60 and 180 minutes already done. The aim are to analyzed the milling time impact of PSA, Bulk Density, Magnetic Field, XRD, and SEM. The raw material were NdFeB powder type MQP-B+ and type MQA. The powder was milled by using High Energy Milling (HEM) with toluene. Afterward PSA test was done, molded by magnetic field press tool in anisotropy manner with3% of epoxy resin, cured for 4hours with I OO"C temperature. For the next step, Bulk density test, magnetization and magnetic field test was done. Then, be magnetized to did XRD and SEM test. From particle size Analyzer (PSA) result, particlesize in 50% of diameter for NdFeB powder showed thatin milling time 15 minutes, the diameter size is rough.The result of baulk density test of bonded NdFeB type MQP-B+ increased. The result of magnetic field test, the biggest of NdFeB type MQP-B+ owned by south polar that is 1361 ,25. Identification result of difraction model of X-ray (XRD) neodymium iron boron in research has single phase structure Nd2Fe14B. The analysis of SEM-EDX testing showed that the morphology of milling time 180 minutes NdFeB type MQP-B+ has a smooth surface.
