Abstract
IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) can be interpreted as a right of ownership of result creativities or were born because of human intellectual in science and ? technology. The problem in this case is What is the meaning of Principle of National Treatment (contained in the Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights'.. (TRIPs) and relevant with foreign patent protection in Indonesia, is suitable with Principle of National Treatment containing in Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) by legislative concerning the legal protection of patents owned by foreigners in Indonesia. Meaning Principle of National Treatment is as a principle requires member states protection having same rights in terms of treatment among WTO members. Relevance Principle of National Treatment stated in the Trade Related Aspect of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) to give patent right for . foreigners who have been enrolled in Indonesia.
