Design of this research was Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of six treatments and repeated four times, treatments were consisted of: P0: (control), P1: 5 g Urea per plant, P2: 10 g Urea per plant, P3: 15 g Urea per plant, P4: 20 g Urea per plant, and P5: 25 g Urea per plant. Each unit consisted of two plants so that there were total 24 experimental units, resulted in 48 experimental plants. The result showed that application urea fertilizer gave positive effect on the growth of the aloe crop. The results of data analysis showed the parameters of the length, width, and thick midrib of aloe vera crop had significantly affect on urea fertilizer treatment. The treatment (P2): 10 g urea per plant had highest rates for all parameters, that it’s to improve the growth of aloe vera crops.
