Abstract

Hak Cipta adalah salah satu cara untuk menghargai kkarya individu ataupun kelompok. Dan Indonesia mengatur tentang hak cipta beserta untuk setiap pelanggaran hak .cipta. Dengan kemajuan teknologi sekarang, banyak terjadi penyalahgunaan sebuah produk teknologi atas dasar keterbatasan wilayah pengoprasian ataupun dengan niatan untuk memperkaya sendiri maupun kelompok. Dalam hal ini tidak terkecuali modem yang telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan ditengah kemajuan perkembangan internet di dunia. Pengrusakan ketentuan pemakaian dangan dalih terbatasnya wilayah operasi maupun keterbatasan sinyalsinyal juga termasuk dalam suatu pelanggaran. Dengan adanya undang undang yang mengaturnya diharapkan masyarakat Indonesia bisa mentaati undang undang yang berlaku dan menjadi imenjadi pengguna maupun penjual yang baik dan taat kepada hukum yang berlaku.
