Abstract
The research objective was to design and fabricate the oil palm leaf crusher combine with leaf stick remover. The research used technical design method consisted of three stages, namely : 1) designing, 2) fabricating, 3) testing, that included structural, functional and performance analysis of the crusher.Data obtained were analyzed and presented in tables and graphics. The use of circular saw generated effective capacity of 15.4 kg/hour. Components of stick exhausting for a midrib produced average time of 86 seconds. The average fuel consumption was 0.348 liters/hour and the results chopped
