Abstract
The aim of this research was to study the profile of rumen bacteria from fermentation rumen. total bacteria, celulolitic bacteria, amilolitic bacteria were determined as observed parameter. fluid with palm oil T-test with 2 treatments source of rumen liquid : P0 Palm oil Total Mix Ration (Control) and P1 (Palm oil Total Mix Ration Silage) The result showed that population of total bacteria and amilolitic bacteteria from palm oil Total Mix Ration Silage were not significant different than control. While the population of celulolitic bacteria were significant different that control ( P1 = 5x107cfu. P0 = 21x107cfu), it can be assumed that composistion of fiber between control and treatment were different.
