Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap Return onAsset (ROA) pada perusahaan real estate dan propertydi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan 15 dari 25 perusahaan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji koefisien determinasi, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t parsial dan uji F simultan padatingkat signifikansi0.05 atau 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial current ratio dan debt to equity ratiotidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dan secara parsial total asset turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara simultan current ratio, debt to equity ratio,dantotal asset turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA
