Abstract
There are several factors the students complete their studies punctually. The two major factors are the internal and external factors. These two factors support the productivity of university its self. The internal factors is strongly afeeted feedback from the students them self such as motivation, talent, feeling, attitude and maturity.The external factors effect the students to learn, such as learning facility, teaching quality and service quality
