Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) calculate the productivity of the coffe produced by coffe farmers (2) Calculate the allocation of labor in the coffe farming, the another farming and non farming (3) Calculate the income activity the coffe produced by coffe farmers (4) Analyze the influence of the allocation of power on the income of farmers’s coffe. This research was conducted in the Rantau Tenang Village Tebing Tinggi District Empat Lawang Regency. The data were collected in january 2017. The method used in this research is survei method. The sampling method that will be used in this research is method of simple random (Simple Random Sampling). The date are obtained consist of pimary data and secondary data. The results showed that the average productivity of coffe from the results of the farming coffe at 738,46 kilograms/hectare. The average allocation of labor in the farming coffe at 59,83 HOK/hectare/year. The average allocation of labor in the farming is not coffe taht is equal to 122,85 HOK/hectare/year. The average allocation of labor is not the farming T 282,26 hok/hectare/year. The income of farmers an exampke of the farming coffe in the power of the family of Rp. 10.762.382,44. While an average income the farming coffe taht does not take into account the wage labor family that is equal to Rp. 11.478.282,88. The allocation of work of faermers for example in the farming coffe has real positive to farmers income for example farming in Rantau Tenang village.
