Abstract

Sumur WS-03 mengalami penurunan produksi diakibatkan penutupan formasi, sehingga dilakukan pekerjaan fracturing yang bertujuan untuk memperbesar permeabilitas batuan. Penelitiann ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pekerjaan fracturing untuk meningkatkan produksi. Pekerjaan fracturing pada penelitian ini dimulai dari down tools setting, injectivity test, step rate test, mini frac, dan main frac. Fluida perekah yang digunakan adalah SFG-3000 dan slick water. Pelaksanaan fracturing pada sumur WS-03 menggunakan proppant jenis carbo ceramics yaitu carbolite 20/40. Untuk menghitung productivity index dan juga permeabilitas setelah fracturing menggunakan metode Cinco-Ley, Samaniego, dan Dominique dan didapat nilai Fcd sebesar 13,9892 dan nilai rw’ sebesar 25,3657 ft sehingga didapatkan nilai kenaikan kelipatan produksi (K2P) sebesar 4,45 kali. Nilai permeabilitas setelah rekahan (Kf) sebesar 110,33 mD dan nilai distribusi permeabilitas rata-rata (Kavg) sebesar 12,47 mD. Dengan adanya fracturing, produksi yang sebelumnya jumlah oil 11,6368 barel oil perday, jumlah gross27,19 blpd, jumlah water 15,55 bwpd, dan water cut sebesar 55,51% meningkat menjadi jumlah oil rata-rata sebesar 43,56 bopd, jumlah gross 108.63 blpd, jumlah rata-rata air sebesar 82,08 bwpd dan nilai water cut sebesar 75,89%. Sehingga pekerjaan fracturing yang dilakukan pada sumur WS-03 dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam meningkatkan produksi.
