Abstract
The focus of this article is to discuss about the characteristic of Japanese Constitution and Its practical use. In the first part, it examines about the history of Japanese Constitution before World War II. Followed by the enactment of the Constitution of Japan of 1947. Furthermore, it explains about the characteristic of Japanese Constitution. Finally, loo over on its practical use of the constitution.
