Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Hubungan panjang tungkai dan kecepatan lari dengan hasil lompat jauh gaa jongkok siswa SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang, dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah panjang tungkai dan lari jarak 30 Meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diperoleh uji normalitas panjang tungkai = 0,65 atau 65% tes kecepatan lari = 0,93 atau 93% lompat jauh = 0,90 atau 90% Adanya hubungan tetapi tidak terlalu signifikan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubunggan panjang tungkai dan kecepatan lari dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok siswa SMP Negeri 9 Palembang
