Abstract

Penakar curah hujan terdiri beberapa jenis: tipe Observatorium, tipe Hellman, dan tipe Tipping Bucket. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penakar curah hujan tipe tipping bucket dengan nama Wireless Rain Gauge. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara kerja dari Wireless Rain Gauge dan mengetahui apakah nilai 1 ketukan dari alat tersebut bernilai 0.3 mm. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan kepada alat berupa metode tetes tanpa ketinggian dan metode tetes berdasarkan ketinggian. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pada tiap perlakuan menghasilkan presisi sebesar 100% dengan nilai akurasi tertinggi diperoleh pada ketinggian 100 cm dengan nilai 86.67%.
