Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced business world led to increasingly fierce competition. One way to maintain the viability of the company is to maintain good relationships with customers. Because of the results of research retain existing customers is much easier than getting new customers. Business competition is very tight would require strategic steps to counter it. Companies engaged in the services sector such as PDAM Lematang Enim is very important to know and meet the needs of customers quickly and accurately. The presence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be able to solve the above problem. One of the steps that can be taken to address these issues is to utilize the existing technology is to use CRM (Customer Relationship Managemet) web-based and mobile. The goal is to help PDAM Lematang Enim in improving service to customers. Thus the relationship between the company and customers will be well established and will create customer loyalty to the company. Programming that is built using PHP and MySQL as database storage.
