Abstract

In automotive and workshop companies the main thing that really gives a good impression to customers is its service, every good service there are people who have expertise in providing services such as mechanics, companies must find and choose the right mechanics according to expectations for the progress of the company, as for the problem in choosing mechanics is the difficulty of comparing many mechanics in order to get some of the best mechanics, mistakes made by humans in choosing also adversely affect the survival of the company. Therefore, we need a system that can help and overcome the above problems. In this study the system that is given is the Mechanical Election Decision Support System at PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang with the Multy Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method which can help the company in choosing the right mechanics and as expected. The application of the MAUT method aims to make it easier to find the right mechanical results to be able to work at the company based on criteria such as psychological tests, interview tests, education, age, and experience. The results of this system are to provide the best alternative based on the results of MAUT calculations.
