Abstract

Computer Course of CV. Cyrus Circle is a business in the small-medium scale.This CV is still in growing process so the management of existing data has not been perfect yet. The CV. Cyrus Circle uses Microsoft Excel in order to help in terms of data collection. As the time of registration and recording payments, there are still some lacks for example: the amount of stored data has limitations whereas in each period the number of students increase continually, the difficulties in searching process because of seperation of registration file and payment file or in the other words, there is no integration between data so in the result it takes a long time in management and services so that it reduces the performance. Thereforee, it is needed an application that can manage administrative data and payment automatically, and it also can produce an income report and a registration that can be used for decision-making in the future. The results of this research is the application administrative payment based on the website of internal company that assists in managing administrative data and payment and it can also provide the information of income report and registration report. The benefits gained from this research are to assist the process of data management on computer course of CV. Cyrus Circle by developing existing applications, accelerate the process of data management, reduce the error-rates and simplify the calculation of the payment transaction, produce the appropriate and accurate income report for a certain period, and improve the performance and the quality of Computer course of CV. Cyrus Circle.
