Abstract

This research aims to see the measure of political connection with in BUMN companies, sample, population used in this research are BUMN companies listedon indonesia stock exchange in the period of 2014 to 2018 with a total of 23 companies, sample on this research are 10 companies with in observation for 5 years. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling method. The data used in theis research found that BUMN companies have the political connection to avoid tax from 23 companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), 10 companies are sampled and 80% or 8 out of 10 companies are indicated to take action to avoid tax.
