Abstract

This thesis is titled Conflict Resolution Ojek Online and conventional Ojek (studies on online ojek and conventional ojek in the neighborhood of Sriwijaya University) conducted to find out how the conflict resolution online Ojek and conventional Ojek (study on Ojek Online and conventional Ojek in the Sriwijaya University neighborhood). This method of research uses qualitative research methods. The study used in-depth interviews with four major informant and two supporting informant, and the results of this study adopted the three-dimensional Johan Galtung theory. Dimension of peacekeeping, peacekeeping, peacebuilding. The conflict resolution of Ojek online and conventional ojek is already running well in accordance with the indicator stages of the theory used conflict resolution theory according to Johan Galtung.
