Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh laba, arus kas dan liabilitas terhadap harga saham pada industry property & real estate. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Industry Property & Real Estate yang di terbitkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Industri Property & Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 hingga akhir tahun 2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa secara parsial, variabel laba mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel arus kas dan hutang mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena faktor lain yang mempengaruhi harga saham dan keadaan perusahaan yang lebih banyak tergolong perusahaan solvable.
