Abstract

This research aims to knowing and analyze the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Cabang Palembang. The MCF population numbered 49 respondents taken by census. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as technical data analysis. The results showed that the non-physical work environment had a significant and positive effect on employee work at PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Cabang Palembang. So, that employee performance can improve the authors suggest that companies pay more attention and create a non-physical work environment conducive, so employee feel comfortable doing work.
