Abstract

Captal market represent one of the effective financing alternative in finishing the problem of lacking of fund that happened at companies in Indonesia. But in line with its growth emerge speculation motif as opportunity able to be read by all investors. This matter cause requirement of fund for the transaction of marketable securities, in this case stock price and yield obligation to request of money of demand deposit in Indonesia The purpose of this research is to know what is the influence of stock price and yield obligation to request of money of demand deposit in Indonesia periode quarterly I 2002 - quarterly I 2007. Where stock price and yield obligation used as independent variable and request of money of demand deposit as variable dependent. Used data type at this research is data of time series representing data of secondary coming from various source. To analyse this research is used quantitative and descriptive analysis technique. At quantitative analysis is analyzer the used with double linear regression. The result from regression indicate that stock price have an effect on positive and influence to request of money of demand deposit. While obligation yield do not have an effect to request of money of demand deposit. With value of R2 equal to 0,859 matter this means request of money of demand deposit in Indonesia 85,9% influenced by stock price, while 14,1 % other influenced by other factor outside model.
