Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine how the Analysis of the Effect of Profitability Ratios and Liquidity Ratios on Stock Returns. This research uses quantitative methods, data are collected through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and other related websites, as well as studying the literature relating to research problems both print and electronic media whose results are measured by the Profitability Ratio return on assets significantly influence stock returns on pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 and Profitability Ratios measured by return on equity have a significant effect on stock returns on pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018.
