Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work discipline in employees performance at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk Palembang Branch. The population in this research were implicated all employees of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk Palembang Branch that in total 55 people and this sampling was using saturated sampling (census), thus the sample in this study was the employees of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk Palembang Branch in total 55 people. This research used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between work discipline on employees performance. Keywords : Work Discipline, Employee Performance
