Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Calculate how much the income of the entrepreneur skin tofu of the home industry. 2) Knowing the factors that influence the production of tofu skin in the home industry. 3) Comparing the income of skin tofu craftsmen with KHL to determine the level of life of the skin tofu craftsman. This research was conducted in Majasari Urban Village, Prabumulih Selatan District. Location selection is done deliberately. Data collection in this study was conducted in September 2019. The sampling method was carried out by the census method. The samples taken in this study were 32 people from a total of 32 tofu craftsmen. The method used in this study is a survey method. The results of this study obtained household income of tofu industry craftsmen households of Rp. 17,822,416. Factors of wages, raw materials and capital do not affect the factors of tofu production. The income of the tofu craftsmen has fulfilled the standard of living needs, or it can be said that the living needs of the tofu craftsmen are decent.
