Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh modal usaha, pengalaman usaha, buruh kerja dan jam kerja terhadap keuntungan usaha pengepul sampah di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TPA Sukawinatan dan Keramasan, dengan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Metode pengambilan data adalah metode survei dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode OLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Modal, Pengalaman Usaha, dan Jam Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha (2) Buruh Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha. Kata kunci : Keuntungan Usaha, Modal Usaha, Pengalaman Usaha, Jam Kerja dan Buruh
