Abstract
company as apparatus country welfare that is country which carries out economic and social policy more propound than previous concretely will involve it self in general to fulfill society guarantee. this matter is reflected from the aspect of law inforement (pungli) and corruption. where a large part of law inforement (pungli) shaped exploitation towards state and private companies is done by apparatus of country or related to they. bribery that is done by publics very small little and meaningless absolutely with very easy to remove. And exploitation done by apparatus of country and bribery and theoretical incident and juridical are an injustice act.
