Abstract

PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya is one of the companies that has community-based- of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitments in agriculture. The Kampung Hortikultura Program is one form of Pusri CSR programs which held to farmer groups who community member at St. Sersan Zaini, RT 30, RW 11, 2 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur II District, Palembang. This program asks group members in the hope of developing themselves through the cultivation of horticulture crops through training and mentoring. One of the plants that are being developed by group members is the strawberries which are growing in high-altitude plant habitat. So, to see the opportunities of strawberry development is need to analyses farmer’s perceptions, supporting factors and obstacle factors. SWOT analysis is carried out after obtaining supporting and obstacle factors to get the key strategies.
